Cabin Towns

Many choices to buy a second home or cabin in Northern AZ

Mormon Lake

Quaint little town about 35 minutes southeast of Flagstaff.  Many family activities and festivals.  Horseback riding,  motorcycle and rodeo events, hiking, cross country skiing and snowmobiling are just a few of the activities you can find here.

Munds Park

About 15 minutes south of Flagstaff, this community has lots to offer!  Beautiful golf course, hiking, ATV riding, tall pines, and a variety of housing options.

Stoneman Lake

One of the few natural lakes in Arizona, Stoneman Lake offers off-grid living.  Although a private water company offers crystal clear water at an affordable price, homes in this community run on solar power and backup generators.

Pine, Payson, Strawberry

Payson, Pine and Strawberry offers tons of things to do in the pines, yet lower elevation than Flagstaff and the White Mountains.  This may be the closest cabin town to the east side of Phoenix

Happy Jack

Located about an hour east of Flagstaff, Happy Jack offers affordable homes at high elevation.  Great hiking, hunting, and motorcycle riding.

Heber Overgaard

A couple of the first towns on the way to the White Mountains, Heber-Overgaard offers some of the best home prices in Northern Arizona.

Prescott

Very popular Arizona community offers just about anything you want to do.  In the pines at about 5,000 foot elevation, this area gets some snow in the winter but not as much as Flagstaff, Happy Jack, or the White Mountains.

Williams and Parks

Williams is a hot growing community about 30 minutes west of Flagstaff.
